Texarkana police blamed Jerry Toney for hurrying up to individuals in the uber store’s parking garage with an ax connected to the front of his jeans as he shouted things “that had neither rhyme nor reason.”

“Clearly his exceptionally odd way of behaving was terrifying the bejeebies out individuals he was running up on,” the police division expressed Friday in a Facebook post about the Oct. 7 episode.

Specialists noted he never really removed the ax from his jeans to compromise anybody during his supposed tricks straightforwardly.
